About Us
South Oaks III Homeowner's Association is located in historic Hastings, MN. Construction of our four buildings was completed in late 2003 and early 2004 with all units being immediately occupied.
Our association is self managed by homeowner's who take pride in representing their community and giving back to homeowners. The current board members have a combined 28 years of HOA experience and are very dedicated to the success of our association. It is difficult to find a more knowledgeable and passionate group of people who care for a community.
Mission Statement
The South Oaks III Homeowner's Association is dedicated to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and harmonious neighborhood, while increasing the value of its members' property by being good stewards and fiscally responsible with all membership dues and by enforcing the covenants as set by this association.
