New Bushes - Tree Trimming

In the coming weeks, we will be replacing dying bushes in the fronts and backs of the Units. We will also be trimming low hanging tree branches over the driveways.

Exterior Painting of White Trim Items

In the coming weeks, painters will be out to scrape and repaint the exterior trim on each unit. This includes the following areas, Garage Door Trim, Front Post, Front Door Trim, Front Door Kickplate.

Pest Control Spraying - Monday, June 26th

On Monday, June 26th, Madsen Pest Control will be spraying the exterior of each unit. Please move personal items away from the buildings to ensure proper spray coverage.
